When will I receive my order?
All Bodycare products are made to order and packaged by hand. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for order processing. Aesthetic business hours are Monday - Friday 10:30AM - 4PM. I do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. I recognize Juneteenth as a holiday. Ship time depends on your individual shipping selection at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted, and you will receive another email with your order's shipping information once the order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will need to contact the shipping provider for any further updates or information on the location of your package.
What is your return policy?
If there is an issue or error with your order please make sure to first contact me at info@kylisaesthetic.com. Please allow 1 business day for a response. Make sure to refer to the sizing information on each individual item before purchasing. Item must have no signs of being worn (wear and tear). All Bodycare products are final sale. All items purchased with store credit are final sale. All items purchased at any discounted rate are final sale. All sale items purchased are final sale.
